We use a 60ft semi-automated line to assemble all our standard height panels. This speeds up the process and reduces lifting. |

| First the framing of the panel is assembled and nailed together. | |

| The external and structural panels are then covered with OSB to make them rigid. The external panels also get a layer of TF 200 Corovin breathable membrane. To improve air-tightness and U-values, silver TF 200 Thermo paper can be added at this stage. | |

| The finished panel is then lifted from the line using the crane and stacked on rollers ready to be moved to our storage area. The crane and rollers prevent the need for forklifts within the manufacturing area. This improves health and safety. | |
Loading and Transport

| The panels are stored until they are ready to be sent to site. They are then loaded on to one of our own fleet of lorries and taken to site. The size of lorry depends on the size of the load and the access to your site. | |
