Frame Wise as seen on TV!! Saw Mr. & Mrs. Shaun Bennett build their dream home which was featured on Grand Designs TV programme Wednesday, 6th February, 2008 with the Timber Frame supplied by Frame Wise. The design was not easy and during the erecting of the Timber Frame saw some of the poorest weather, the design was different it had a very gothic style to it as you will see from the write ups in the magazine, but this does also reflect on the flexibility of Timber Frame in today’s construction and why it’s the self builders preferred choice of building methods’

The design saw a three storey very open plan a lot of open space with large windows, balconies and internal oakwork that was none structural fitted after to give the feel Joanne wanted. The windows with curved heads and sandstone cills were really suited to the design and the oak staircase going up three storeys was a real feature with the enormous amount of Gargoyles on it

We are working on two other projects at present, that may well be featured on Grand Designs which is good for Frame Wise Ltd and for Timber Frame going forward.
