The custom-built trailer opens out to reveal product displays including several cross-sections of Frame Wise designs revealing construction details and insulation options as well as information about Frame Wise's unique double-skin wall panel which, although just 350mm thick, delivers a U-value of less than 0.1 W/ m² K.

A family business supplying quality bespoke timber frames for private and commercial building construction is the recipient of the latest Hereford Times/Baker Tilly Trailblazer Award for environmental awareness.

Luctonians Rugby Football Club

Summer 2007 saw Frame Wise Ltd securing a place as a major sponsor of our local Midlands 1 team: Luctonians Rugby Football Club. This Sponsorship allows Frame Wise to put something back into the community. It was key for Frame Wise Ltd to be involved with a local club who could complement each other going forward. In the summer of 2008 a major development of the clubhouse was finished and this has allowed them fantastic flexibility to meet everyone's need in the community from weddings, anniversaries, parties, dinners and corporate open days. The facilities at the club now offered are far superior to other clubs at that level and Frame Wise Ltd has hosted many events there, including our 10th Anniversary celebrations as well as seminars, trade days and corporate days. Luctonians is well known throughout the country as a progressive energetic rugby club at all levels from the FirstXV playing on a Saturday through to the very large mini rugby section playing on Sunday mornings. Presteigne Ladies Hockey Club

Having visited Arctic Finland many times in mid winter I have been increasingly impressed by the performance of the timber frame cabins which formed the bedroom accommodation of the hotel in which I stay. Although temperatures frequently fall to -30C and -50C is not unknown the rooms remain consistently comfortable night and day with a minimum of heat input. It is not surprising that when undertaking potentially one of the most demanding commissions of my career that I turned to timber frame as the basis of the design for a new house for my daughter, son in law and two small grandsons.

Frame Wise Ltd has found themselves, at the forefront of the New Schools Initiative the length and breath of the UK. The main drivers from our client is the requirement to use a more environmental, sustainable and a fast off site form of construction, to achieve a quality manufactured product of which timber frame ticks all the boxes. Our key flexible approach and our on site practical experience has proved to be a key advantage, from building large New Schools in Wales, to building large extensions to existing schools throughout the Midlands.

As part of our marketing and brand awareness campaign for 2009 Frame Wise have secured substantial stand space, to educate, cultivate and assist the Self Builder. We have taken two stands, one in the education zone and our main stand you will see in front of the book shop in the Trade Village (stand number TV61).

Frame Wise are committed to supplying into the affordable housing sector through out the UK. We continue to supply and erect timber frame into this sector successfully, and have supplied to numerous developments across the country. Our success in this market sector is due to our flexibility and innovation. In particular our development of our “Twin Frame” system, which can comfortably achieve code 5 for sustainable homes, and produce U values as low as 0.1W/m²k and air tightness of 1m³/h/m². In addition we are also supplying the most environmental insulation product which again assist in achieving clients demands.
