Anglesey County Council Entrance - Glulam Roof

The use of Glulam beams in this project allowed the creation of a large, light space. The Glulam beams also became a feature of the building by leaving them exposed.

Ysgol y Graig, Llangefni - Glulam and I-Joist Roof

Both Glulam and I-Joist were used in this project. They were able to span the large spaces in the school and again the Glulam beams were left exposed as a feature in some rooms.

Castle Hill, Mere - Barrel I-Joist Roof

This project featured a tall barrel roof with a large open plan living space. I-Joists were able to clear span and provide the support for the planned 'green' roof.

St. Davids Street, Presteigne - Metal Web Floor

This project saved a substantial amount of time and money thanks to the lightweight nature of the joists. The plumbers and electricians also enjoyed the open web design as it allowed them to install the plumbing and electrics much quicker and more easily than normal. No notching or drilling had to be done.
